Hi all,
Just wanted to know what are the safe cereals, now that even Rice Krispies contains HFCS.
Thanks :-)

Your best bet is to read ingredient labels. Some generic/store versions don't contain HFCS, but that differs between grocery store chains.

I'm looking for a cereal that isn't so sugary. Which Chex cereal tastes best (corn or rice)? Any other suggestions?

You can also check out health food stores. They are pricier, but you'll never find HCFS in a health food store.

I love Crispix and eat them practically every morning with bananas. Unless it's cold out and I do cream of rice cereal, which is also very good though not as nutrient dense as Crispix.
