hi I am ok if I stick to diet but it seems I really have to watch what I eat since I am intolerent to gluten and yeast and get major headaches from sugar and caffeine . but then when it comes to veggies I also have to be careful not to overeat on veggies since that can cause tummy to go crampy .Can't very well tolerate a whole meal for me it is better to eat smaller and more often. So what veggies are the safest to eat to avoid problems.

My staple veggies are carrots (raw, usually, but that's taste preference), green beans, and mushrooms.

Some people do well with peas instead of green beans, but peas just make me pass rabbit pellets.
