I was in a health store asked for a soluable fiber doesn't exist, is this true? Anotherwords am I correct in thinking that there is no soluable fiber on the market?

I believe Guar Gum is soluble. That's what benefiber used to be. I know I've seen other brands at the health food store.

I have been to 2 health stores and searched the net and so far all I can't find a 100 per cent fiber that is soluable like Heahter's? Any one know.

Problem is that is old. Now they used wheat gluten.

Well, I missed that news! Thanks for the update, Chupie. I'll delete that post since it contains misinformation. That's really too bad. The new Benefiber doesn't sound as good as the original.

Guar gum. I have seen it in other brands at the Health store.

its not wheat gluten they are using, its wheat dextrin

Just an FYI-I found old Benefiber still stocked on the shelf at my local Wal-mart. Some of the bottles-but not all. May be worth checking!
