Chicken breast is one of my safest food.

Does you question imply you have difficulties with chicken? If yes, do you only eat white meat or do you also eat dark meat? What do you eat it with?

My main symptom is horrible stomach pain. My stomach-not my lower abdomen like most people. When I eat chicken my stomach hurts. I eat the white meat only. The last time I tried eaitng it, it was in chicken helper.

Which chicken helper did you use?

http://www.generalmills.com/corporate/brands/product.aspx?catID=49

Chicken Helper Cheddar & Broccoli
Chicken Helper Cheesy Chicken Enchilada
Chicken Helper Chicken Fried Rice
Chicken Helper Chicken Teriyaki
Chicken Helper Fettuccine Alfredo

Chicken Helper Jambalaya

Some of them contain things like MSG?

that would be my problem right there. I have no problem with white meat chicken breast. I usually have mine with white rice and green beans. I put a safe sauce on the chicken.

I wok fry chicken in very, very little olive oil. The chicken has no skin and the fat is also cut off. The only spice that I use is Montreal Chicken Seasoning. Sometimes I will cook with a touch of toasted sesame oil.

The best is just plain grilling on the bbq. No oil, no fat, no skin, with rice, or potatoes. I can never get away with anything that has msg in it.

And I have learned to eat smaller amounts mofre often through out the day.

MSG is monosodium glutamate. Many people have an allergy to MSG.

I'm not sure but I feel with like chicken, turkey, etc even plain I do and it makes me feel nauses. My nutritionist said that its from not being used to animal meat. I'm still deciding on whether to go back to veg diet. So maybe smaller amounts like in soup, etc. Also look at what your eating with it that may be making you sick.

I don't know about Chicken Helper but I stay away from all the alfredos because they typically have a milk and cheese base. Both of those will give me a fit.
