I have recently fallen off the diet wagon, and boy am I paying for it. Is it my imagination or is the ibs-d worse when you have been following the diet to the tee and then eat something like soda or dairy? Usually the D only lasts for as long as it takes for my system to get rid of the oh-so-bad food, now if I slip up...I pay for a couple of days.
Thanks for all of your support and advice..it is invaluable.

Actually, I found that when I had an attack after being stable for awhile, my attack didn't last as long. Maybe it is an individual thing?

sometimes it hits me a day or two later... and can throw me off for a couple of weeks. i really hope you feel better soon!!!! i know you will...
