I love baby food. Mind you, I only ate the fruits, not the veggies, but I had more trouble digesting fruits in the beginning, so that's all I needed. I'm not sure how good the veggies are, taste-wise.

Buy Gerber or another variety that contains sugar. The non-sugared brands will almost definitely taste horrible to your adult tastebuds.

Fruit babyfoods are delicious spread on pancakes, toast, bagels, and of course they're yummy as a snack, too.

I still buy myself a Blueberry Buckle babyfood when I go shopping, as a treat, and my mom makes no secret about her love of the custards (which we can't eat, but still). I bet your aunt ate babyfood because it's good!
