I'm wondering if there is any type of pasta sauce that is safest for IBS. Heather warns about cooked tomatoes and too much oil... so is traditional jar tomato sauce a big no? I've been using organic tomato sauce and haven't had major attacks afterward, but also haven't felt great. What do you put on pasta so it doesn't taste so bland?

I do fine with tomatoes and tomato sauce. Just check the ingredients and fat content. Make sure it doesn't contain HFCS. I usually buy generic brands (whatever's cheap) and do just fine. I think Heather recommends Amy's marinara, but that's quite pricey!
