Digestive Enzymes?

Anybody have any luck with these? They seemed to do the trick, then appeared to have failed last night. Up again all night with intense pain, bathroom trips. I guess that's what I get for eating dairy. I really thought the enzymes would help as they seemed to before.

enzymes work really well for me, but don't allow me to eat bad foods, they allow me to digest the good foods properly, you oculd try taking a double dose of the enzymes if you dare do dairy again.

I agree with Miso! What brand are you using, btw? Mine don't seem to help at all.

If you have IBS, digestive enzymes won't alleviate dairy-induced trauma. I use digestive enzymes to assist me in the digestion of safe foods, not unsafe foods. Dairy is not on my menu because it triggers an IBS response!
