I am about to travel and unfortunately I am running low on acacia. I had a batch sent to my travel address but am running low while still home without enough time to order a new batch to keep here. Is there any fiber I can use temporarily until I get to my destination Tuesday?

Fiber tolerances are pretty individual. In the FAQ, Heather says Benefiber is pure Soluble Fiber and she speaks well of Fibercon in at least one of her books. Just be sure to match up SF dosage rather than number of teaspoons. I might go a little lower on the SF when trying the new SFS.

Thanks, Sand. I've got to stop being so lazy and look these things up myself. I guess I sort of panicked when I saw how much Acacia I had left.

There's nothing like scraping the bottom of the Acacia barrel to induce panic. Enjoy your trip. -nt- new
