I have Ibs-c but maybe something else that is till undiagnosed and I have been through a lot of tests. Anyhow my nutritionist and I were talking that I may have a sensitivity to wheat. Does anyone have this?My stomach is getting progressivly worse and is keeping me up even through my sleep meds. I have a swollen stomach, cramping,so constipated but when I go its very small and thin amount. I also having a rolling stomach where you can see the gas.I had to stay home today I'm in a lot of pain. Thank you

I know how you feel! I also have an extreme sensitivity to wheat. So much so, that for a year and a half I ate a gluten-free diet thinking it would solve my problems. I was a bit better, but I still got sick and could never figure out why. I wasn't testing for celiac, but everytime I ate wheat I got D and bloating and gas. My doctor thought it might be wheat intolerance, hence the gluten-free diet. After numerous allergy tests concluded I didn't have wheat allergy, my doctor diagnosed me with IBS. I was really scared the first time I ate white bread (the white flour is dangerous for someone with wheat intolerance, as you probably know), but nothing happened. In fact, the only thing that happened was that I started feeling better after a few weeks of Heather's diet. I still avoid all whole wheat foods like the plague, but I know now that I have IBS rather than wheat intolerance. After I'm stable for a while, I will probably try incorporating whole wheat safely (after I've eaten a soluble fiber base). I hope this is helpful.
