I took one then went to bed, i woke up becasue my stomache was doing freaky stuff, didn't hurt, bud lots of gas in me and really freaky noises..what's the prob?

Generally, I only take then before I eat, and I avoid taking them within about 4 hours before going to bed. There's been a lot of discussion about this on this board - try searching for "peppermint caps" and see what pops up....

any suggestions on what i should do about really loud/weird/freaky noises while i'm sitting in all my high school classes?
