Have any of you tried the new yogurt, Activa? I bought and ate it a few days and have had bad cramping. Just wondering if anyone else had the same experience.

yogurt is dairy and is an IBS trigger

Thanks for responding. Yep...I know about yogurt but eat it with no problem. This new Dannon yogurt, though, caused problems for me.

This Activia yogurt is more for people who are C.

Maybe because they add fructose to it? I noticed that was one of the first ingredients and fructose can cause IBS distress.
Are you D or C? What brand yogurt do you usually buy? Are you SURE you can handle dairy? It's not recommended for IBS.
