...in the form of inulin which could cause bloat/gas. The regular stevia has no fiber in it.

Stevia is great because it is plant based and doesn't have all the calories of sugar, it's much healthier! And a little goes a long way b/c if you use too much in your tea or whatnot it can taste bitter. And versatile since it comes in powder or liquid form and in little packets.

Same here. I was using about 1/2 packet a day for several months when all this became a real problem. I would nix the splenda bigtime.
