I was wondering if anyone could help me. i was just reading the last news letter and read up on a condition called Functional Diarrhea (FD). It's been a real struggle for me to control my IBS D. I also have fatigue, and gas, but i rarely seem to get the asociated pain. Atm i'm rechecking my diagnosis. I had all the tests done, and they told me it was ibs.. however, who knows how much my doctor actually knows about FD. I do get stomach cramps right before I have to go to the bathroom, but thats really the only time they ever come. After I go, I'm fine and the cramps are gone.
