I am going on a cruise in a week and I've heard alot of good things about ginger pills for seasickness. These wouldn't disrupt IBS, would it?

Nope! Ginger shouldn't affect IBS in anything but good ways, if anything at all.

Gravol makes a ginger-based anti nausea pill for motion sickness. It's also good because it won't make you drowsy like other gravol pills or motion sickness pills.

Thanks everyone! I've taken two cruises before and I never had to take medicine, but I like to be prepared : )
