is it usual for the inside of your butt to itch
has anyone ever sharted at work or in public - you know, when you go to fart and a little poo comes out.

I generally don't have these problems, but I don't think that they are so uncommon. On rare occassions, I get that itch. And I've know people who have "sharted" (that's my new favorite word of the day). I'm sure other peole will have something more helpful to add.

Yep! Great new word for me too. Before I began Heather's diet I did have a few problems with "wet" gas! How un-lady like. But since the gas has cleared up (unless I make poor food choices) this hasn't bothered me. The biggest addition to my diet that helped had to be the Acacia. Bowel movements are more complete and clean...

I used to have a severe case of "inside rectal itching". It turned out to be a standard symptom of low stomach acidity and was quickly cured by taking a supplement called Metagest (by Metagenics). Highly recommended! Also, I understand even though I haven't tried it yet, that taking traditional bitter herb tincture will help your stomach produce more stomach acidity.
