Happen to be reading about Vegetarian and Vegan diets and came across this about Quorn. Not sure what to think.
Here is the site.

WOW. I had no idea. I have to admit that until I started EFI, I ate Quorn products a LOT; I have no way of knowing if those products contributed to my IBS symptoms, because I was most definitely not following the IBS diet at that time. But I have to admit, their products taste more like real meat than any fake meat I've tried. They are delicious! But I won't be eating them anymore simply because many of their products contain milk. How unfortunate - I thought they're food was quite yummy!
Anyone else heard anything to support the information in the article?

I have tried Quorn, didn't think it was particularly interesting. The Morningstar Farms veg*n meat analogs are much better, IMO. (I'm not sure John Robbins approves of those, either, but oh well... as a longtime vegetarian, I still have a lot of respect for his overall philosophy.)
Lisa Marie, Quorn remains a pretty hot topic in veg*n circles... my perception is that many of us dislike it for one reason or another.
Wikipedia mentions it...
