I was wondering if it's ok to have juice other than Cranberry Juice, such as apple juice or grape juice, especially after an IBS attack. I would think it wouldn't make a difference as long as it's 100% juice?
Also, is yogurt that is high in fat ok? I know its ok to have yogurt, and I have been having Stonyfield Farms (I think thats the brand name) yogurt, and its not low fat or soy or anything, but it is organic, does that make it ok?

Pure cranberry juice is best tolerated. But each person is different. I can drink almost any type of juice (except apple) without any problems. After attacks you might want to consider peppermint or fennel tea. Peppermint is my choice - it is an anti-spasmatic and great for your tummy. Yoghurt is a dairy trigger, so be careful! There are soy yoghurts out there, and they are not too bad at all.
