Hello Angela. I hope you are feeling better than you were yesterday! Even though I have a microwave in the back at work, I still like to bring Strawberry jelly sandwiches, with applesauce, some pretzels or rice crackers, and a veggie for my lunch. I love just plain old jelly sandwiches with some cinnamon sprinkled on top. As for apple sauce you can get those individual packs that don't need to be refridgerated. Just in idea. Also you can bring a little bag of dry cereal to munch on when you start to feel the troublesome hungry. Hope this helps a little and hang in there!

Just though of maybe using an ice pack in a lunch bag container. That's what I do when I fly over seas and it seems to do the trick. Another thought for you.
