are there any lists of which veggies and fruits are safe or which are best for soluble fiber?

Fruits:
The safest for me are mangoes and bananas. I can eat them on an empty stomach. I also eat with a good soluble fiber base: srawberries and peaches, and very small amounts of pineapple.

Veggies:
Safest for me: mushrooms, potatoes and avocados. With soluble fiber base: asparagus

There are more. These are just the ones that I both tolerate and like to eat.

the safest fruit that i've had the most luck with was really just bananas. and if i'm craving something sweet, i buy low sugar apple sauce and that seems to be alright.

Applesauce is safe. It's the peel that is bad for us. *nt new

I have tons of trouble eating any veggie or fruit, even bananas. It was suggested to me here to try baby food, for the fruit (veggies are grosse). I've had pretty good luck with that so far. I get the Gerber Organic bananas or pears & wild blueberries (yum). The only veggies I can tolerate are potatoes and green beans, but that's just me

After SF I can manage strawberries, cantaloupe, honeydew and watermelon. The occasional handful of cherries or blueberries too.

Raw veggies: tomatoes, seedless cukes, radishes
Cooked veggies: carrots, mushrooms, peas

If I don't have a good SF base though, watch out!! The bathroom's mine!
