So what is up with the MorningStar grillers?

They have calcium caseinate and the box says they contain dairy. Is this enough to cause major bloating and gas a couple hours or so after eating one, or should I look elsewhere for the culprit of my symptoms?

Sensitivity to dairy derivatives varies from person to person - some people can tolerate them, others can't - so it's possible that that's enough to bother you.

Do you normally eat a lot of soy? Soy can cause gassiness if you're not used to it, so if you don't otherwise eat much soy, that could be causing it too. The good news about that is that it usually stops doing that once you get used to it - at least in my experience.

Yea, I've been eating more soy than usual, so maybe that's it. Thanks!
