I just ordered the fennel tea since I have lots and lots of bloating all the time...grrr. How many times a day should I drink it?

I drink lots of it. Easily 5 to 8 cups. Depends which shift I am working , days or graveyards. I really enjoy the flavor and it is good help for my gas.

As much as you can....but remember to always sip and not gulp. You will come to love the stuff for the positive effect it has on you.

Thanks for the replies! I'm never going to have a chance to eat between drinking the fennel tea and my 2-3 liters of water a day!
DoubleJ - I work straight graveyard shift, 5 nights a week. Is your IBS worse when you work days or nights? I was just curious!

By some dietary guidelines, you can count the fennel tea as part of your water intake for the day. Just FYI.

because I do not sleep as well and my diet gets off of a good pattern. I am lucky though. I work with a crew that have known each other for 15 years and more. They know that I have IBS, and plan dinners and breakfasts with something that I can eat.

I have two cups in the moring, and two cups in the afternoon, while I am at work. The fennel tea is a great flavor, and it does help.
