Some butchers are putting sulpher dioxide on raw meat products (spraying it on meat) it makes it look fresher and juicy. It is found in wine amonst other products, it is a tastless preservative. Maybe it is something you might like to consider. Where I live it is illegal. Noting where you live you are all in our thoughts during the current crisis.
