making "sour cream?"

Just read Heather's ideas on buttermilk pancakes, and it made we wonder if maybe one could make "sour cream" with clabbered soy milk, as well. Anyone have experience with this? [color:blue] [/color] [Email]mangiamo@hotmail.com[/Email]

Hmm, can't quite see that working...you'd need soy milk so thick it was like cream, and then you'd need sour cream cultures--can you even get those? But if you want to make your own sour cream, do a search--this topic has been covered on the recipe board. Plus there's Tofutti Sour Supreme, if you like it (it's best mixed with lemon juice).
