I've weighed 2pounds less. Was it IMMEDIATELY before and after that you weighed or say comparing a morning and evening weight? I can vary by 3 lbs between morning and night regardless of BMs so I def think it's possible

Well I weighed myself in the morning and then I exercised for about an hour as usual, I had a bowel movement and then I weighed myself and I was four pounds less!! This is all within a few hours. I thought it was very strange....

Well, that's how jockeys often do drop several pounds for a race. They throw a sauna in there as well.

I've read that humans normally have between 6-11 pounds of "waste" in their intestines and colon.

Oh okay. Well, I thought it was strange. I didn't really like it and I figured it was probably an ibs related thing. Thanks everyone!
