Hi, I just bought some veggie burgers yesterday and I was wondering if they were safe to eat. They are made by sol cuisine and most of the ingredients look safe to eat except one which I am not too sure of,it is soy protein.Does anyone know if that is safe?

I haven't had that brand, but so long as they are dairy-free, I haven't had problems with Boca burgers or the other types I've tried. If you're okay with soy, you should be fine.

I've tried the sol cuisine veggie burgers & they're okay. They did leave an unpleasant aftertaste, but the soy protein is probably tvp which is safe.

Some of Morningstar Farms' veggie burgers/breakfast sausage patties are delicious and have caused me no problems at all. The patty in a bagel is a good grab-it-and-go sandwich.
