I'm ibs-a and I keep increasing my fiber intake (3 tablespoons now) and the d has stopped but I'm not going regularly. I thought I was supposed to go regularly when I reached my level of fiber. If I haven't reached it that fine. I'll keep increasing. I just didn't think I would be up to that much fiber. Am I still doing this right?

Thanks!
Kelly

That's great that you've gotten up to that level. Now to get your BMs happening regularily, you need to add IF into your diet slowly and safely. This will help 'make you go'. So try staying at the 3tbsp of fiber and increase the amount of IF. Try getting a small amount of IF every time you eat, with a good SF source to go with it.
