I use Ballyfree Turkey Sausages, made by Kerry Group, but I'm not sure if you have them over there, might be an ROI thing.
Would you believe that I have never actually checked the label for milk etc. I usually get them in the fridge near the "real" sausages and have always presumed them and the chicken sausages to be OK. I'll check when I'm next in the supermarket to be sure now, I'm going tomorrow.
The brand of chicken sausages escapes me, but again I have a feeling that we don't have the same brands for meat products over here.
I find it can be hard to get the turkey & chicken sausages in Tesco- I usually have to go to other supermarkets, my local Tesco NEVER has them. Also the turkey ones cook way better than the chicken ones, I think it's something to do with the casing.
Will report back on the milk element tomorrow night, sorry not much help!

Sure!! It's all that's in our house! I can't even stand the smell of real bacon anymore! And turkey or chicken breakfast links, turkey kolbassa too. I love BLT's, and the turkey bacon allows me to indulge in them! I haven't eaten pork or beef in 14 years.

I am fine with it and in fact can't eat the real stuff anymore. Just tastes too greasy to me. I have to cook it very crispy though.
I agree that you have to think of it as a different food. You can't compare it to regular bacon because they do not taste the same.

I've been eating the "Louis Rich" turkey bacon for years, and actually prefer it to regular bacon. I get sick if I eat regular bacon. The "Jenno" brand I don't like so much, it's like chewing on the bottom of a shoe. But Louis Rich, is excellent.

Genuardi's sells turkey bacon, sausage, and they sell chicken products too. Wegman's would probably have a nice selection too.
