So I went to the store today and picked up some "chewable with natural flavor Acidophilus wafers". I am wondering if there is a capsule form to swollow and also if this is what Heather refers to in her book, Eating For IBS !
Also, just a progress update. The three day breaking the cycle phase went absolutely perfect and I am feeling better than I have in so long!! I am really happy that this might provide me with a better quality of life!

What page did you read about this is Heather's book... I'll look at mine and see if I can figure it out for ya....I don't recall see that before.

Most probiotics (Acidophilus) come in capsule form. You can find them in health food stores.
