IT's main thing is that it is a natural pain killer, but it is also a strong anti-oxidant and it is anit-microbial. Since I started taking it (10 drops 2-3 times a day) last week, it has really helped with colon irritation and gas. YES, it is a multi-level and NO, I am not selling it.
