I have a question about the fennel tea - I'm still very new to this approach for controlling symptoms. I ordered the fennel tea bags and love it, but I have no place locally to get the Tummy Teas, but have given the stores info. In a pinch would organic fennel seed, crushed, have the same benefits as Heather's (which I still intend on using-I love that there is so much info that I didn't know was here all this time.) Thanks!
