gas advice

I have the worst gas- I need help. No matter- beano- all the tea, probiotics - I have gas- had a colonoscopy- no problem- but I seem to find it the worse after dinner mainly- does anyone else have this.

I had the same problem... part of it was that I was eating more for the meal that made me sickest (it was lunch for me) than other meals, and I was eating more raw veggies than any other meal. if it was a dinner that made me sick, it was because I was rushing through it. What is the difference between what you eat for breakfast/lunch vs dinner?

i wish i could help. i take acacia fiber 3 times/day and the pepermint pills 30 mins before i eat.. nothing has helped! i tend to have gas when i havnt eaten, which i think is strange! i used to take gas x, extra strength, which was fantastic! maybe i'll try that again! but, i feel your pain! literally. not to mention its so embarassing!!
