Were they just dried with nothing added? Often bananas are fried in oil (10 grams of fat per serving). I do fine with Banana Crisps from Trader Joes (only 1 gram of fat) but I can't handle regular banana chips.

I also don't do well with pineapple - not sure if it's the insoluble fiber or the acidity.

Good Luck,
Leigh

the banana chips were fried in coconut oil, and not to long ago I ate some, well too many macaroons and It about killed me...and it feels similar so it could be that and the pineapple

...by most people.

Can anyone eat dried fruits? If so, what kind? I thought dried apricots would help the C....like 5 at a time. They are organic and sulfur free.

How many do you think is safe to eat at one time? Is 5 going overboard? You don't get the gas either?

I'd say 5 is probably about the limit. To some extent, gas is a normal part of digestion, especially with fruit, so I'm not sure if I notice more gas or not. Nothing wrong with popping some gasx, though!
