Popsicles?

Searching the board, I found several posts mentioning popsicles. I had no idea these were a safe option. Can anyone recommend a good brand/any guidelines I should try to follow as far as eating popsicles?

I don't know who makes them for sure, but I think it is Dole or DelMonte. They make a strawberry popsicle that is really good and I haven't had any problems with it, plus its real fruit juice. There is a lemon and an orange flav. too. Not too keen on those ones.

kroger or generic; not sure if you have kroger where you are...in fact i was surprised to find them when i was looking for non red/purple popsicles before my colonoscopy.

I had banana popsicles all the time when I was younger, from the generic brands. Those would be fine? I thought the sugar/colouring in them might be harmful.
