"The Maker's Diet" by Jordan Rubin

Has anyone heard of this book called "The Maker's Diet" by Jordan Rubin? I'm thinking about trying the diet in there, because the author had a serious case of Crohn's diease that almost killed him, because he could barely keep his food in his digestive stystem. This diet literally saved his life (there are before and after pictures). It sounds risky, but worth it (if it truely does work).

You might get a mixed reaction out of the people on here. Some didn't like the diet, but others did. Some did well on the supplements and Primal Defense, and some didn't.

You might read through the reader reviews on Amazon to get an overall idea of what people outside the Boards are saying.
