Hey, I was wondering if these were considered a safe food or not. I didn't know if since they are not pure nuts or popcorn, and since they are cooked, if they still are insolubale fiber or safer.
I know they have much less fat than peanuts, so if they are sfae, they make a perfect snack.

Popcorn doesn't work for me, I'm a D. Cracker Jacks are basically carmel popcorn with nuts, right? If popcorn & nuts don't mess with your tummy, enjoy!

I get alot of pain when I try and eat popcorn. I can't digest it or the peanuts so this would be a no go for me
