Nausea and diet

Hi ... new to the boards and I have a question ... I had a terrible bout this morning of the usual symptoms, but strangely enough this is the first time that I have felt nauseous throughout the day. I ordered the peppermint pills and am drinking Chamomile tea to try and soothe my stomach ...does anyone have any ideas on how to ease the nausea. I only experienced the D and severe cramping and profuse sweating this morning, but never actually threw up.

I get nausea lots! It sure does stink!
I think mines tied more to my hiatal hernia than my ibs but I know many people feel nauseous and/or vomit when they are having an attack.
Crystallized ginger sometimes helps me, but not always. I usually just have to wait it out. 
I suggest doing a search on this topic as I know it's been discussed before. Old posts will probably have more ideas for you.
