I checked to see if there were other postings about this product, but I was wondering how Heather feels about this. If you are gluten sensitive this wouldnt be good to take because apples have gluten in it. Correct me if I am wrong.

Fresh apples do not contain gluten and if the vinegar is made only from apples, it wouldn't contain gluten either.

Are you a C or a D? Just curious. How are you feeling? How are you managing your IBS?
Do you follow a GF diet? If so, why...and does it help?
Thank you!

I am a D. No I don't follow a GF diet. I have had the antibody test which was a negative. I did try an exclusion diet for a while and noticed no change, so all the pasta and bread for me. I feel really bad for the people who have to be GF because the diet is so strict and difficult. How am I feeling now...much better than a few months ago. Mainly I know what my dietary triggers are...and learned about some new ones from this site which I never would have thought of...and avoid them. I also have some pharamcological help via proton pump inhibitors.
