can't digest solid foods and got a really bad reaction after eating yesterday. face was swelling and it skin was red and itchy . I do have a wheat allergy but I thought I was careful with eating . also stomach hurts more when I do eat and solid food does not work it comes right back out . frustrated!!!!

Have you tried Heather's list of "foods to eat when you can't eat anything"? It mainly contains very plain foods that are high in soluble fiber (I don't think there's any wheat in any of them). I hope this helps!

Wow, that doesn't sound like IBS but more like an allergy or even IBD. I think you need to get this checked out!

I agree with AstroChick because this doesn't sound like IBS to me. Get to a doctor ASAP!!!
