I have been reading lots on the benefits of eating yogurt that contains probiotics. I suffer from IBS-D and am 3 months pregnant. I am wondering if this is considered a safe food? Anyone try it? I live in Canada and the yogurt out on the market is called Activia. Thanks for the input.

Do a search on this. I know it's come up before on these boards.
But my two cents - it's dairy and is sweetened with fructose (both potential triggers) so stay away.
You can add probiotics to soy yogurt so that you get the benefit of probiotics without the triggers. I've heard of some using VSL#3, I think.

I've used it before and I found that it's more for IBS-C than A's or D's.

I tried eating Activa for a long period of time since so many websites talked about yogurt and probiotics helping the digestive system. It still is dairy, which is just a really bad trigger.
Kara mentioned some good advice about getting a separate probiotic. Kat
