That was really nice of you to take the time to look.

My Mom, Brother & Sister-in-Law (and thier 5 children) all live in Tualatin, OR. It is always refreshing to visit that area. It is sooo green!

p.s. I keep looking for those TJ's Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies but I can never find them! I'll also have to try Yves pepperoni- they really do make the best meat alternatives I have tasted anyway. (Oh and aren't those TJ's unsulpherized/unsweetened mango slices amazing! I'm addicted to them.)

and I usually have to ask for them when I go to a TJs I haven't been to before. My husband loves the cookies too. He can eat anything he wants. He has a very strong stomach and has never had any GI issues and he says that the vegan choc chip cookies are one of the best cookies he has ever tasted.

US safe cereals:

Malt-o-Meal cold cereals in the following varieties:

Marshmallow mateys (their version of Lucky Charms)
Colossal Crunch (their version of Capt. Crunch w/ Crunch Berries)
Apple Zings (like Apple Jacks)
Tutti Fruities (like Froot Loops)

And Malt-o-Meal brand is cheaper than the cereals they are copy-catting!

Her email address is in her profile. She works in a grocer store and has listed a bunch of posts on new safe food. Maybe she has consolidated it into one list at home!

It might take a while to list all cereals and sauces especially.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

Thanks so much Tamara, I was about to email you and then you said that you weren't doing well so I didn't want to bug you.
