I am sorry but I am a little overwhelmed. On the soluble foods list it says to eat white bread that is baked-daily, high quality, preservative-free brand. I cannot find that in Kroger or Publix. Where should I look?

You could make your own. Or, our grocery stores carry a bread in their bakery department that they bake daily. Also, bakeries are good. Do you have a Breadsmith near you? Their french and sourdough breads are totally safe.

Or a HFS such as Whole Foods and Wild Oats have lots of safe bread. They also have their own bakeries.
