My family trys to buy most of our stuff at costco, and I've even got my own list of IBS safe things to buy at costco - but I was wondering what foods you guys get when you shop at costco (if you do). I'm hoping to add a couple of things to my shopping list.

Definetly! I always get a big bag of frozen cooked shrimp which makes it easy to throw shrimp into some easy recipes. I also get Silk soy milk in both chocolate and original.
Let me know what good stuff you find there too! Kat

I get Nature's Path Organic Instant Oatmeal. It's pretty good and much more filling than two little packs of Quaker's.

I'll often get things like Immodium @ Costco., too. Egg Whites are cheaper there. I usually get baby spinach there and boxed organic mixed greens. Applesauce, if I'm into that--or bags of apples for homemade. Frozen fruit for smoothies/sorbet, if I'm in fruity mode.

i get my fruit there, patoatoes, soy milk, eggs, shrimp, chicken breast, juices, canned veggies, honey bagels (the others have HFCS), i've gotten things like pumpkin bread that you can bake there, and seasonal things...you have to look over the contents of course...i can get a good amount of stuff there, but usualy have to still go to safeway or whole foods for things like sweets etc...
oh i get my bread there too, sourdough...it's safe, and sometimes i get the apple cin. bread.
