fennel tea

I got fennel today in a bag made some question once you made a cup with it can you make another or do you use fresh fennel and throw the stuff that you used away?
also how ling do you brew it for and tips on makin it?

Did you get the loose or bags? Either way, because I like mine STRONG, I would only use it once.... I steep mine in for 5 to 10 minutes....most of the time..I just leave the bag in the mug/cup until I'm done drinking it all....

I double bag & brew long & strong. I do this with mint, too.
Yes, it works WONDERS! I don't recommend re-using bags or loose tea leaves. Brew fresh & do not hyper-dilute. I go for POTENT!

I started doing this as well- 2 tea bags, steep 10 minutes and leave in until done drinking. stronger is the only way I feel relief with the fennel.

If an 8oz cup then one bag... otherwise if it's a bigger one then I double bag it too!!
