Yes, the inulin and possibly the oats would be problematic.

I'm usually okay with soy if it is in certain forms ("So Nice" all-natural soy milk with no additives (sorry folks --only available in Canada!)and Earth Balance organic buttery spread are good) and if I eat it in combination with a soluble fibre staple.

A big problem for me with Luna Bars would be all of the additives. I have a great deal of difficulty tolerating additives of any kind and Luna Bars contain an encyclopedia of vitamin additives. Vitamins additives may in theory be a good thing, but not necessarily if you have IBS!
