I would just like something clarified so I can do this diet correctly. Should I be eating my soluble fiber FIRST at every meal, or can it be eaten at the same time as the other foods? So, say I have nachos made with baked tositos, "meatless" ground beef (which I just found out I really like!) and soy cheese...can I eat it like a regular nacho (all together) or am I supposed to eat the baked tostitos first, which would totally defeat the whole nacho idea!? Does that make sense??? Or say I have rice, chicken and green beans, should I eat all the rice first? I know a lot of it depends on what each individual can tollerate, but in general what is the best way?

It should be fine to have it with other foods in your meal. However if my stomach is a bit empty I try to have a little something before supper. A piece of bread, some rice or pasta. If you notice symptoms after eating a meal normally, then try adding some SF before your meal.
Enjoy the nachos! Kat
