I know that Arrowroot crackers are listed as safe, but what about Arrowroot Biscuits/Cookies? I found them in the baby aisle.

Hmm I never realised there was crackers and cookies. I eat the cookies all the time and have never had a problem with them. Just checking the ingredients label they seem perfectly safe.

Enjoy!

This stuff is a KILLER! I can't tolerate it, even though I'm stable. If it's listed in the ingredients ANYWHERE, I avoid it like the plague.

Do a search; you'll find a lot of posts about HFCS. Nasty stuff. I don't know why they put it in so many processed foods. Why not try one of our awesome cookie recipes? Have you checked the Recipe Board?

Some can tolerate HFCS, best to stay away from it when possible though.
Looking at my box of cookies however there's no HFCS. They're Social Tea biscuits, different brand than Arrowroot. Maybe try these? Pretty tasty too.

They look safe to me, although I'd be careful about the "low fat" part. Can you eat just one? If so, GOFERIT!
