I eat the cookies all the time and have never had a problem with them. Just checking the ingredients label they seem perfectly safe. Enjoy! I can't tolerate it, even though I'm stable. If it's listed in the ingredients ANYWHERE, I avoid it like the plague. Do a search; you'll find a lot of posts about HFCS. Nasty stuff. I don't know why they put it in so many processed foods. Why not try one of our awesome cookie recipes? Looking at my box of cookies however there's no HFCS. They're Social Tea biscuits, different brand than Arrowroot. Maybe try these? Pretty tasty too.
