Juices? Need a sub for soymilk in smoothies.

Now that I'm pregnant, I cannot tolerate soy products at all...they give me the most painful gas. I really want to incorporate more fruits into my day, and I smoothies are generally safe since blended. But are there any safe juices we can use instead of soymilk? Are there certain brands that are safe, or things to look for in the ingredients that would signal they are unsafe? I've never used a juicer, but would using one to make my own juice be better? Or what about sherberts, are they dairy free or safe?
Thanks for any help!

Have you tried rice milk instead of soy? While I don't really like the taste of Rice Dream milk, some have said it's good, and would probably work well in a smoothie. Kat

I use rice dream vanilla in my smoothies for my son cause he can't have soy or dairy. Sherbert is dairy by the way.

In addition to the Rice Dream, there is almond milk by Blue Diamond.

Have you tried almond milk? Perhaps taking Beano for gas?
Re: Juices.
Natural cranberry juice should be okay. Maybe try mango juice or Pom juice. Wild blueberry juice is divine. Generally something low fructose. I strongly advise avoiding apple & orange juices. Can you handle vegetable juices? Carrot & beet juices are wonderful--yes, even in fruity smoothies, depending on the fruits.
