Pages: 1 Travel tips?       #2513 - 03/11/03 06:17 PM Edit Reply Quote KJL Reged: 03/11/03 Posts: 3 Hi, I'm not sure I even have IBS..but for the past year or so, I have been getting severe constipation whenever I travel. Usually, I am "regular" and feeling healthy in my normal day to day routine. But when I travel, I get terrible and painful cramps which always puts a big damper on the vacation. I think it might be stress/nerves? My husband and I are going on vacation in 2 weeks to celebrate our 1 year anniversary, and I want to take any steps to prevent this from happening.
