Is canned tuna a safe food? Albacore packed in water is what I have the question about.

Its on the safe foods list! I get low sodium, no additives solid white tuna. No troubles with it.

Water packed Albacore Tuna is safe. For some strange reason, I can only tolerate "Cloverleaf" Brand. I rinse it thoroughly after draining it. I cannot tolerate even FF mayo, however.
